    HOW TO ORDER:

    • please email orders to mosscafeny@gmail.com by wednesday at noon (latest order time). *can be placed in store or by phone also. please include the following information:

      • what you want to order and how many people you want it to serve (in increments of 5)

      • your name, phone number and email address

    • you will receive an invoice by thursday evening that you can pay online or in the store when you pick up your order. all orders will be ready for pick up at 1pm on friday.

    • substitutions politely declined. we are always happy to accommodate allergies.

    • everything is considered to be made on dairy equipment. items which are free of any dairy ingredients will be noted as either vegan (v) or dairy free (df).

    • gluten free options are noted as (gf).

     

    APPETIZERS:

    cheese board: wayside acres chevre, double ale cheddar, 5 yr parmesan, truffle honey, house made turkish fig jam, assorted seasonal          fruit, sourdough toast points (gf without toast) $75 for 5 people/ $140 for 10 person

    soup of the day: $35 for 5/ $65 for 10

    winter veggie latkes: served with ny state pastured sour cream, homemade apple sauce (gf/df  w/o sour cream) $35 for 5/ $65 for 10

    mixed marinated olives: $15 for 5/ $25 for 10 (gf/v)

    mediterannean fried rice: currants, apples, almonds, fennel confit (gf/v)  $38 for 5/ $70 for 10

     

    SALADS:

    $45 for 5 ppl/ $85 for 10  -  seasonal greens change according to farms’ harvests

    pear + walnut: seasonal greens 5 yr aged parm, crispy shallots, balsamic dijon vinaigrette (gf) 

    spinach, roasted beet, ricotta: shaved carrots, pickled red onion, cranberry vinaigrette (gf)

    soy seaseme kale: green onion, bosc pear, blood orange sesame dressing, watermelon radish, fennel confit, blood orange (gf/v)

    moss salad: kale, pickled beets and fennel, quinoa, pumpkin seeds, 5 yr parm, ramp aioli, poached egg (gf) $53 for 5, $100 for 10

     

    MAINS:

    veggie burger: toasted whole wheat sourdough, herb aioli, baby greens (df) $60 for 5, $110 for 10

            add mushrooms, spinach, caramelized onions, or cheddar +$8

    mac n’ cheese: grass fed milk, 5 year aged parmesan, white havarti, bread crumbs $52 for 5, $95 for 10

            add mushrooms, spinach, caramelized onions or make it gluten free +$10

    poached salmon: smashed potatoes, caramelized onions seasonal sautéed greens, preserved lemon vinaigrette (df/gf)

            $85 for 5, $160 for 10

    rice bowl: green spicy tofu, jasmine coconut rice, curried blue potatoes, caramelized onion, 

            roasted sweet parsnips, sautéed greens (gf/v) $75 for 5/ $140 for 10

    $6 per loaf

    choice of the following loaves:

    traditional challah / 12 grain sourdough / 100% spelt pullman / sourdough rye with caraway seed / or whole wheat sourdough
